 Haad Thong Lang or "Golden Deserted" beach is one of the few remaining undeveloped beaches in Koh Phangan and it's an accurate description of the words. There is almost no one lives except for an opulent private residence with ocean views that is rented out for a select few months of the year. Currently there is still no permanent owners in Haad Thong Lang, as actually and visitors, although recently built a few huts, inhabited by rare travelers.
If you successfully get to this beach, you will be insanely happy. Small Bay with a coral reef, Haad Thong Lang gives the lagoon a magical charm, in high tide season, it is highly suitable for swimming and snorkeling.
A small Haad Thong Lang is a beautiful beach surrounded on both sides by massive cliffs and the sand is half mixed with coral, and in the water a lot of stones.

 Getting to Haad Thong Lang beach

 Haad Thong Lang is located between Haad Mae Had and Ao Chaloklum beaches on Koh Phangan's North coast. Taxi fare should be 250 baht/per one way. Turn off from the main road at Phangan Coral Tree sign or The Middle Way resort.
