 Natai beach also known as Pilai beach is located in Phang Nga province between Phuket and Khao Lak. Virgin strip of golden sand stretching for more than 10 km is only 25 min by taxi from Phuket Airport, via Sarasin bridge. Over the past five years the beach has seen extensive development of tourism, especially with regard to hotels and real estate.
In addition to the other Phuket beaches, Natai, like its southern neighbor Mai Khao beach is slowly becoming a popular destination for family holidays among foreign travelers. However, Natai beach is still quiet and unspoilt place which is home only to a few 5 star hotels, resorts and private villas for rent. |

 How to Get to Natai Beach
|
 Where is this wonderful place? If you are in Phuket, Natai beach is very easy to get by car along the road No. 402 past the airport and then through Sarasin bridge to the mainland in Phang Nga province, after the Khok Kloi village take road No. 3006 and within 10 minutes you will reach the quiet Natai beaches. The scenic journey surrounded by tropical greenery, coconut and pineapple groves, local villages and lagoons strewn with water lilies waiting for you along the beachroad. All the way there are many smaller roads leading to the beach from the main road.

Natai Beach Activities & Attractions |
 In Natai beach from november to may the sea is calm and clear, and fantastic length of the beach allows you to take long walks. In some fantastic places there are coral reefs is a relatively good site for snorkeling you can suggest the opposite Maikhao Dream Resort & Spa, Natai, especially after midday, when the low tide. Each hotel has extensive facilities for water and land activities. Also around few hotel you can find local massage cabins and of course high-end spa in the resorts.
Le Coral Hideaway Beyond Phuket is situated on the banks of the mangrove lagoon stretches for several kilometers along Natai beach - rent a kayak and head to discover tropical flora and fauna.
5 stars The Hotspring Beach Resort & Spa offering spa treatments in the hot springs for 400 Bath, although a similar pleasure
you can get for free outside the hotel.
The alternative would be simply lying on the beach under the cool shade of the trees with a book in hand, or rent a car/motorbike to travel through Phang Nga province to see ocean of sights including many Buddhist temples, national parks and natural attractions.
If you are tired of walking on sand alone and cruising along peaceful Natai roads, head to the pier where many locals like to sit with a fishing rod, especially at sunset time. Around the pier in the abundance of fishing huts and boats of the local fishermans - you need to be there early in the morning or late in the evening to see local peoples going to sea or coming back with the catch. At noon it's quiet, only a few small long-tailed boats scattered along the beach. |

Natai beach Restaurants |
 Each luxury 5 star hotel in Natai beach has some restaurants and bars, serving Thai and international cuisine and you will have plenty to choose from, including vegetarian and seafood dishes. New Villa Iniala Beach House is composed of gastronomic Aziamendi restaurant serving value from 6000 Bath prepared with star chefs. By the way, if you decide to stay here - you will have your own personal chef.
The only independent beachfront restaurant you will find between Maikhao Dream Resort & Spa Natai and Le Coral Hideaway Beyond Phuket. Cozy dining place called Thai/Seafood restaurant is located right on the beach in the shade of tall trees, and serves Thai food, including fresh seafood, with most dishes in the price range of 100-200 Bath. Dining can be enjoyed outside under one of the sala or on  the restaurant second floor terrace.
Another local place, Jenon restaurant perched to the left of 5 stars Aleenta Resort And Spa, Phuket-Phangnga. A good and inexpensive alternative to high-end restaurants.
In the village you can find small eateries with local prices and typical cuisine of southern Thailand, as well as mini-markets, cafes, casual markets and grocery stores. |

 For those who don't live a society life, inexpensive places to stay in Natai beach is a few and far from each other. Beachfront hotels and resorts: Aleenta resort, Ranyatavi, Maikhao Dream Resort & Spa, Natai Phang Nga and the Hotspring Beach Resort. All offer four to five star service and the great discounts. Be prepared to leave many thousands of bath or anything, Natai is a great escape from the hustle and bustle of the busy Phuket beaches and is just 25 km north of Phuket International airport.
On the beach you will not find budget accommodation options, but there are a few small guesthouses, not far from the road.
